SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS (or preferred carrier). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and tracking details are provided once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.
At Urtica Candles, we use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials whenever possible to help reduce waste.
We currently ship within the U.S. only. Delivery times vary by location and carrier but are typically 3–7 business days after processing.
